Spirit of Toronto 2025 – Whisky Tasting Gala
 

On May 3, 2025, Roy Thomson Hall in Toronto came alive with Spirit of Toronto, an elegant evening celebrating craft whiskey, rare spirits, and immersive tasting experiences. Over 100 whiskies and premium spirits were showcased, including limited editions, distillery exclusives, and hard-to-find bottlings. 

Guests were treated to a full sensory experience: tutored tastings led by industry experts, signature whisky-infused dishes, live jazz performances, and beautifully crafted cocktails. The atmosphere was refined but welcoming, perfect for enthusiasts and novices alike
